Russian Chapter of STA Launches
The Bi-coastal Alpaca Research Foundation (BARF) is pleased to announce the newly formed Russian chapter of our foundation inspired by Eugene Levin, General Secretary, Chairman, President and First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Russian Chapter of BARF. Mr. Levin’s motivation is to share with the world how alpacas have suffered from Bolsheviks and KGB.

Our investigation reveals that the Save Alpacas Movement (SAM) is a trojan missile aimed at the heart of our American Dream – a dog in every home. Domestic pets must be protected from the illegal ALPACAS poised to cross our threshhods,
Citizens must be aware that the so called ALPACAS stand for the Audacious Left-wing Plot Against Conservative America! There is growing evidence that the infamous Modine Cartel operatives are using ALPACAS as a shield to drag their agenda into our kennels.
Write to your local representatives and demand action. No ALPACA should be eleigible for bailout funding.No ALPACA should be provided emergency care at taxpayers expense and any ALPACA discovered within our borders should be geffened and sent back.
Remember, your dog is a stake-holder, not just a stick-holder!
